So, last year I did a post about this but, since I'm in the class again I'm going to do another.
Neil Pasricha's life really was at a down low. His wife didn't love him anymore, his friend committed suicide, and everything just was very good. To stay positive he decided to start a blog "1000 Awesome things". In this blog he would post a paragraph or two about something that was just awesome that no one really acknowledged sometimes.
For example, Rain on a hot sidewalk, Hitting all green lights on your way home from work, or maybe even just wearing underwear that has just some out of the dryer.
See, people don't really notice these things too much but everyone enjoys them to some extent. I think his blog is a really good thing to have around, with everything that's so depressing nowadays it's nice to have some optimism every once in a while. Neil Pasricha's life was awful, yet he made it better by just being optimistic. It's that simple!
you know what makes me happy? THOSE AMAZING FISH ON THE SIDE!!!!! bahaha
