Jessica Ridgeway

Jessica Ridgeway, it's a name that all of us have heard quite a bit recently. Jessica Ridgeway was a 10 year old girl who got kidnapped as she was walking to the park to meet up with her friends to go to school. The search for Jessica continued until earlier this week when police found Jessica's dismembered body.

"Police in Colorado confirmed Friday that a dismembered body they discovered earlier in the week in a suburban Denver park is that of 10-year-old schoolgirl Jessica Ridgeway, who went missing from her Westminster home a week ago."

When I heard about this it didn't really register to me at first but after a while the reality of it hit me. I didn't know Jessica or have any clue who she was until she was kidnapped but that doesn't matter. I didn't think much of it, I just thought that in a few days she would be back home and everything would be good. Then once her body was found I was in awe.

The fact that someone would do this is absolutely horrid. I hope that they find whoever did this and do whatever has to be done to them till they realise that they just broke someones family for good and killed this innocent little girl.
